Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) – Real Estate Specialist to support our growing business operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate and manage real estate sales leads
- Handle client inquiries and maintain regular follow-ups
- Conduct property presentations and site visits
- Coordinate with property owners, brokers, and channel partners
- Explain project details, pricing, and investment opportunities to clients
- Negotiate and close real estate deals
- Build strong relationships with clients and referral partners
- Generate business through referral contacts and networking
- Maintain CRM records and daily sales reports
- Achieve monthly business targets
Required Skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in Real Estate sales/business development
