Experience Requirements
- 2+ years managing large-scale lead generation campaigns (not e-commerce or brand awareness)
- Proven ability to handle ₹50 lakh+ monthly ad budgets (₹6 Crore+ annually)
- Demonstrated track record of 10x account scaling while maintaining CPL efficiency
- Meta Ads: Lead Forms, CBO, Advantage+ campaigns, audience segmentation, lookalike audiences, creative testing
- Google Ads: Search, YouTube lead forms, Display, Performance Max, Demand Gen campaigns
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize lead generation campaigns for B2B SaaS, consultancy, or service businesses
- Scale campaigns horizontally and vertically while maintaining efficiency
- Conduct continuous A/B testing on creatives, copy, targeting, and bidding strategies
- Strong understanding of non-vanity metrics: CPL, lead quality scores, lead-to-customer conversion rate, CAC, LTV, ROAS
- Deep knowledge of how metrics affect each other - relationships between CTR, conversion rate, CPL, and ROI
- Analyze daily performance, identify metric interdependencies, and make data-driven optimizations
- Monitor how changes cascade through the funnel, affecting CPL and lead quality
- Optimize for both lead volume and quality aligned with sales requirements
- Work with creative teams on ad copy and creatives for lead capture
- Coordinate with sales teams for lead quality feedback and campaign optimization
