Job Description :
- Responsible for commissioning, analysis of faults and service of various types of Pumps & pumping systems, fire pumps, VT pumps, hydropneumatics systems, monoblock pump, vacuum pumps, process equipment, control panels etc.
- Spares Sales Target Achievement: Preparation of Business Plan, Sales Forecast, Sales & Marketing Activity Plan & Reports and timely execution & effective implementation of the same applicable for spares sales.
- Achieving business results for allocated Customers, Area, product Line etc. as per the Business Plan & Score card applicable for the spares sales and service for revenue generation.
- Preparation of Quotes against specific enquiries for spares and submission of techno-commercial offers.
- To attend techno-commercial negotiation meetings for finalization of orders.
- Plan & carry out periodic Service visits for generation of enquiries, promoting & creating brand awareness in the market.
- Focus on payment collection and revenue generation for the spares sales and services.
Support Role to the Sales Team:
- To develop new markets for existing product range & to develop new customers and dealers in the area of operation.
- Responsible for product and application training to internal and external stakeholders.
- Give market feedback on new products introduced in line of activity.
- Educate customers on latest product developments, to participate, co-ordinate & follow-up periodically for Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
- To look after the tenders for various project enquiries and inform the sales team.
- To look after the marketing of new products and coordination for participation of the company in any exhibition.
- To look after the vendor registration & approval process with various industries, end customers & consultants for spares business.
