Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior SEO Executive to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in search engine optimization, website performance analysis, and organic traffic growth strategies. This role requires a data-driven mindset, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to implement effective SEO campaigns that improve search rankings and online visibility.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
* Perform comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
* Implement and optimize On-Page SEO elements including meta tags, content, internal linking, and site structure.
* Execute Off-Page SEO activities such as link building, outreach campaigns, and authority enhancement.
* Conduct technical SEO audits and recommend improvements for website performance, crawlability, and indexing.
* Monitor website performance using SEO tools and prepare regular performance reports.
* Analyze search engine algorithms, industry trends, and competitor activities to recommend optimization strategies.
* Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
* Track, measure, and report on SEO KPIs, rankings, traffic, and conversion metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SEO.
* Strong knowledge of On-Page and Off-Page SEO techniques.
* Experience with keyword research, technical SEO, website audits, and link-building strategies.
* Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and industry-standard SEO tools.
* Strong understanding of website performance metrics and organic growth strategies.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple SEO projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment.
* Knowledge of content optimization strategies and competitor analysis.
* Familiarity with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
