Job Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, resort, or hospitality establishment, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and profitability. The role involves managing multiple departments, maintaining service standards, optimizing resources, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Reservations, Maintenance, and Guest Services.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of hospitality and service excellence.
- Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and quality standards across all departments.
- Monitor occupancy, revenue, operational costs, and departmental performance to maximize profitability.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Resolve guest complaints and operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor staff performance, conduct training programs, and foster a culture of teamwork and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, fire safety, and statutory regulations.
- Prepare operational budgets, forecasts, and performance reports for management.
- Monitor inventory, procurement, and vendor performance for operational requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Sales & Marketing teams to support occupancy growth and revenue generation.
- Oversee preventive maintenance schedules to ensure uninterrupted facility operations.
- Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- MBA in Hospitality or Operations Management is preferred.
- 6–10 years of experience in hotel or resort operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, guest relations, and hospitality standards.
- Experience with hotel management systems (PMS), channel managers, and MS Office is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
