Brief Description: We are seeking skilled and experienced personnel in IT Department who can respond to and resolve help desk requests, administer infrastructure including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues which our users encounter
- Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems
- Create and verify backups of data
- Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
- Install and test computer-related equipment
- Provide end-to-end technical support and troubleshooting for network issues including LAN/WAN, routers,switches, and other networking devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software, analyzing problems and monitoring networks to ensure their availability to users.
- Establish and maintain user accounts, profiles, file sharing, access privileges and security.
- Train staff on new hardware or software applications as required.
- Act as a liaison between staff and the technology department to resolve issues.
Qualification: Diploma in Computer Application
Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in system administration, network administration, or a related role
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
- Must have experience in working in any ERP of repute.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Others:
