Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Site Engineer for telecom installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance activities. The candidate will be responsible for handling telecom site activities, coordinating with teams, ensuring quality work execution, and maintaining project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation and commissioning of telecom equipment and infrastructure.
- Handle operation and maintenance activities at telecom sites.
- Supervise site work including tower, BTS, MW, RF, and electrical activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and project teams for smooth execution.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of telecom equipment.
- Troubleshoot site issues and ensure minimum downtime.
- Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards at sites.
- Prepare daily progress reports, maintenance records, and site documentation.
- Monitor power systems, battery banks, DG, and related telecom infrastructure.
- Support site surveys and technical inspections.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of telecom installation and maintenance processes.
- Basic understanding of BTS, RF, MW, Fiber, and electrical systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings and site layouts.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunication, or related field.
- Relevant telecom certifications are an added advantage.
Experience
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
- 1–3 years of telecom field experience preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
