We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented MBA Fresher specializing in Project Management / IT to join our team as a Project Manager. The candidate will support the planning and execution of software development projects while gaining hands-on experience in project coordination, stakeholder communication, and delivery processes.Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and execution of software development projects
- Coordinate with developers, designers, and QA teams
- Support in defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Track project progress and update status reports
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and meetings
- Identify potential risks and escalate when required
- Maintain project documentation and reports
- Act as a coordination point between team members and stakeholders
- Support process improvements for better project delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA in Project Management / IT (Fresher)
- Basic understanding of project management concepts
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Awareness of Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp (preferred)
- Good organizational and time management skills
