Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive on-site interior designer/engineer to oversee project execution at site. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality work, timely completion, and coordination between design and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site operations for interior and architectural projects
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, designs, and specifications
- Coordinate with designers, architects, contractors, and vendors
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control
- Manage material requirements and inventory at site
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports
- Ensure safety standards and compliance at site
- Resolve on-site issues and provide technical solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Interior or Architecture
- Experience in interior fit-outs, residential/commercial projects preferred
- Good understanding of drawings (AutoCAD, layouts, etc.)
- Strong site management and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience Required: 2-5 Years
