We are looking for a skilled Soldering Technician / Operator with hands-on experience in PCB component soldering, component-level troubleshooting, and repair of networking and telecom equipment such as Routers, OLTs, ONTs, ONUs, Switches, and IoT devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform SMT & THT soldering and desoldering on PCBs.
- Diagnose and repair faulty PCBs and electronic components.
- Identify and replace ICs, capacitors, resistors, MOSFETs, diodes, connectors, and other components.
- Troubleshoot power, voltage, and short-circuit issues.
- Use soldering stations, hot air rework stations, multimeters, and other testing tools.
- Read basic circuit diagrams and PCB layouts.
- Test repaired boards and maintain quality standards.
- Follow ESD safety procedures and maintain repair records.
Required Skills
- ITI/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in PCB soldering and component-level repair.
- Good knowledge of SMT/THT soldering and electronic components.
- Hands-on experience with multimeters and soldering tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
Candidates with hands-on experience repairing Routers, OLT, ONU, ONT, GPON/EPON equipment, Wi-Fi Routers, Switches, and IoT devices will be given preference.
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹17,000 per month (based on experience).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
