The position demands close collaboration with various teams to ensure that the user interface is both intuitive and effective, contributing to the creation of seamless and engaging digital interactions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into prototype designs.
- Continuously evaluate and improve user interface prototypes based on feedback and usability testing.
- Document design decisions and prototype iterations to maintain clear communication within the team.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting in their professional development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft User Interface Design.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience with rapid prototyping tools and techniques to create interactive user interface models.
- Ability to assess technical constraints and work closely with development teams to ensure design feasibility.
- Familiarity with usability testing methods and incorporating user feedback into design improvements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and innovative user experience solutions.
