Job Summary
The Learning and Development (L&D) Executive is responsible for identifying training needs, coordinating training programs, and supporting employee development initiatives to enhance skills, performance, and productivity across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify training and development needs through discussions with managers and employees.
- Coordinate and schedule induction, technical, behavioral, and compliance training programs.
- Maintain training calendars and training records.
- Track employee participation and training effectiveness.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinate with external trainers and training vendors when required.
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Collect feedback from participants and prepare evaluation reports.
- Ensure compliance with company training policies and procedures.
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Maintain training databases, attendance records, and certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR.
- Freshers with relevant internships may also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze training data and prepare reports.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Training facilitation and content development experience.
- Knowledge of employee engagement and performance management processes.

Salary Range: As per company standards and candidate experience.
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
