Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities and acquire construction projects
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Identify tenders and upcoming projects
Prepare proposals and coordinate with technical teams
Negotiate contracts and achieve business targets
Requirements:
* 5–10 years of experience in the Construction/Infrastructure industry
* Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business, or a related field
