Responsibility:
- Food Preparation: Assisting with daily mise-en-place, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables.
- Cooking Specialization: Preparing batter for idli/dosa, creating chutneys, and preparing sambar under supervision.
- Kitchen Hygiene: Maintaining a clean workstation, sanitizing utensils, and adhering to food safety regulations.
- Operations & Inventory: Monitoring stock levels and assisting with storing food supplies
