Job Summary:
The Tele Sales Executive – Admissions is responsible for contacting prospective students through phone calls, explaining courses and programs, generating leads, converting inquiries into admissions, and maintaining strong follow-up communication to achieve admission targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents regarding courses and admission opportunities.
- Handle incoming inquiries and provide complete information about courses, fees, schedules, and admission procedures.
- Generate and maintain leads through tele-calling and follow-up activities.
- Convince and guide students to choose suitable courses based on their requirements.
- Follow up regularly with interested candidates to convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and admission status in the system.
- Coordinate with the admissions team and academic department for smooth enrollment processes.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
- Address customer queries and provide prompt responses.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in Tele Sales, Tele Calling, Customer Service, or Admissions is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Good interpersonal and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Email).
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
Experience:
Pay: ₹8,814.61 - ₹15,000.00 per month
