- Generate new export business through LinkedIn, B2B portals, email marketing, cold calling, trade data, and exhibitions.
- Develop and manage overseas distributors, importers, OEMs, wholesalers, and industrial customers.
- Handle export inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and convert leads into orders.
- Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with international customers through regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and documentation teams for smooth order execution.
- Monitor shipments, payment collections, and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, target markets, and competitor activities.
- Represent the company at international exhibitions, virtual meetings, and customer visits.
- Travel domestically and internationally for business development activities.
