The Accountant is responsible for managing financial records, daily transactions, compliance, and ensuring smooth financial operations of 711 Rest O Cafe.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management
- Maintain daily accounts (sales, expenses, purchases)
- Record and reconcile cash, bank, and digital transactions
- Monitor daily revenue and prepare reports
- . Billing & Vendor Management
- Handle invoices, payments, and vendor settlements
- Track outstanding payments and follow-ups
- Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare monthly profit & loss statements
- Provide insights on cost control and profitability
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning
- Inventory Coordination
- Coordinate with operations team for stock records
- Monitor cost of raw materials and wastage
- Qualifications:
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent
- Knowledge of accounting software like Tally or similar
