Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and analytical Ecommerce Lead to own and scale online business across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart & Quick Commerce) channels. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing digital shelf presence, managing platform relationships, and executing performance-led strategies across key ecommerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities1. Business Ownership
- Own P&L for ecommerce channels including Amazon, Flipkart, and Quick Commerce
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share across platforms
- Develop and execute monthly/quarterly business plans
2. Marketplace Management
- Manage end-to-end operations on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Ensure strong visibility through SEO, keyword optimization, and catalog hygiene
- Drive participation in platform-led events (Big Billion Days, Great Indian Festival, etc.)
3. Performance Marketing
- Plan and optimize performance campaigns across marketplace ads (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads)
- Collaborate with internal/external teams for Meta & Google campaigns driving sales
- Monitor CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and optimize continuously
4. Pricing & Promotions
- Define pricing strategy aligned with competition and brand positioning
- Plan and execute promotions, discounts, bundles, and offers
- Track competitor activity and ensure pricing competitiveness
5. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination
- Work closely with supply chain and demand planning teams
- Ensure optimal inventory levels to avoid stock-outs/overstocking
- Forecast demand based on historical data and campaign plans
6. Content & Conversion Optimization
- Improve product listings, A+ content, images, and videos for better conversion
- Collaborate with creative teams for enhanced brand store and product storytelling
- Continuously test and optimize PDP (Product Detail Page) performance
7. Analytics & Reporting
- Track key ecommerce metrics: traffic, conversion, ASP, repeat rate, etc.
- Generate actionable insights from data to improve performance
- Present weekly/monthly business reviews to leadership
8. Team & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and mentor a small ecommerce team/agencies
- Manage relationships with marketplace account managers
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and finance teams
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
