We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and target-driven Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Pune

Key Responsibilities
● Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities.
● Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and discussions with potential clients.
● Understand client requirements and effectively position Vanie.ai’s AI-powered solutions. ● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
● Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
● Maintain and update sales pipeline, client interactions, and progress in CRM tools.
● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
● Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Required Skills
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
● Good understanding of B2B sales processes.
● Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.
● Basic knowledge of SaaS, AI, Conversation Intelligence, or Contact Center solutions is preferred.
● Experience with CRM tools and lead generation platforms is an added advantage.
● Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented mindset.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
