Job Description – Depression Counsellor
- Provide professional mental health counselling services through the MindCurePath platform via
scheduled sessions
- Conduct structured counselling sessions and understand client concerns
- Maintain proper case records and ensure confidentiality
- Deliver consistent support and ensure client satisfaction
- Ensure professional conduct and adherence to platform guidelines
- Complete assigned sessions on time and maintain documentation
- Work independently while ensuring quality service delivery
- Engagement Type: Freelance / On-demand (Work from home)
- Compensation Model: Per session / per client / revenue share
- Platform Expectations: Timely availability, adherence to guidelines, and professionalism

Requirements
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Psychology / Clinical Psychology
- Diploma in Psychology or Counselling from a recognized government body or organization
- RCI Registration (Mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy
- Basic understanding of digital platforms for online sessions
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹1,500.00 per hour
