*Role Overview* :
We are looking for a seasoned Civil Engineer with strong experience in high-rise / urban construction projects to manage execution within Mumbai’s fast-paced environment.
*Key Responsibilities* :
Handle high-rise residential/commercial project execution
Coordinate with architects, consultants & local authorities
Ensure compliance with municipal norms & approvals
*Key Skills* :
High-rise building experience (must)
Strong knowledge of Mumbai construction regulations
Project planning & execution expertise
Leadership & stakeholder management
*Qualification* :
B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
*Salary Range* :
(Higher range due to metro project exposure)
*Additional Requirement* :
Experience in urban infrastructure / redevelopment projects preferred
Ability to handle multiple stakeholders & fast-track projects.
