About the Role
We are looking for an Identity & Cloud Directory Support Engineer to work on deployment, integration, and support of the BAAR-IGA application and BAAR Directory Services platform within enterprise customer environments.
The role involves understanding enterprise IT infrastructure, supporting identity and access management integrations, troubleshooting deployment issues, and assisting with SSO integrations across customer environments.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), along with exposure to enterprise authentication technologies and scripting.
Key Responsibilities
Deploy, configure, and support BAAR-IGA applications and BAAR Directory Services in enterprise environments.
Understand customer infrastructure architecture, network environments, and directory structures.
Work with customer IT/security teams for onboarding and troubleshooting.
Configure and troubleshoot identity integrations with:
Active Directory (AD)
Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
LDAP-based systems
Support Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations using:
SAML 2.0
OpenID Connect (OIDC)
OAuth 2.0
Assist in user provisioning, directory synchronization, authentication troubleshooting, and access management.
Analyze logs and troubleshoot deployment/configuration issues.
Create and maintain deployment and support documentation.
Perform PowerShell scripting and automation tasks for administration and troubleshooting.
Coordinate with internal product and engineering teams for issue resolution.
Provide product support and technical guidance during deployments and customer onboarding.
Mandatory Skills
Strong knowledge of:
Microsoft Active Directory (AD)
Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)
Good understanding of:
Windows Server administration
Group Policies (GPO)
LDAP / LDAPS
DNS and networking basics
Experience with PowerShell scripting
Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
Ability to understand enterprise IT infrastructure and security environments
Strong communication and customer interaction skills
Preferred / Good to Have Skills
Experience with SSO technologies:
SAML
OIDC
OAuth 2.0
Basic knowledge of:
Node.js
Python
Experience with:
Identity & Access Management (IAM)
VPN/network security concepts
Certificates, TLS/SSL
Linux server basics
Docker/containerized deployments
Exposure to enterprise support or product deployment roles
Experience Required
2–5 years of relevant experience in:
Identity Management
Active Directory Administration
Cloud Directory / IAM Support
Enterprise Application Support
Preferred Candidate Profile
Customer-facing support/deployment experience
Ability to work independently in enterprise environments
Strong problem-solving mindset
Willingness to learn enterprise identity and security technologies
Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
