Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack / Data Platform Developer to7 build and support AI-enabled enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across backend development, data engineering, AWS cloud and application integration, taking solutions from sandbox development to scalable production deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Design and build end-to-end data pipelines connecting enterprise systems, data platforms, AI models and applications.
Develop ETL/ELT pipelines using Python, SQL and AWS services.
Implement Bronze–Silver–Gold / Medallion architecture for enterprise data.
Build backend services and REST APIs for data and AI/model outputs.
Integrate data from ERP, databases, APIs, Excel/files and document repositories.
Implement data-quality checks, schema validation, lineage and governance controls.
Work with Data Scientists and AI Engineers to build AI-ready datasets and feature pipelines.
Support AWS infrastructure including compute, storage, databases, networking and access configuration.
Provision and configure EC2/VMs and development environments.
Containerize applications using Docker and support CI/CD deployments.
Support logging, monitoring, RBAC, security and troubleshooting across the application/data stack.
Collaborate with client IT teams to ensure reliable production deployment.

Ideal Candidate
5+ years of hands-on software/data engineering experience.
Has worked across the complete flow: Source → Data Pipeline → Database/Lakehouse → Analytics/AI → API → Application.
Strong understanding of backend + data engineering + cloud.
Exposure to ML, GenAI or AI-enabled data solutions.
Strong debugging, problem-solving and analytical skills.
Comfortable working with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, architects and client IT teams.
Self-driven, adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced Agile environment.
