We are looking for an experienced Insurance Manager with strong expertise in Life Insurance and Health Insurance.
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 5+ years of experience in Life & Health Insurance sales
✔ Proven team handling experience
✔ Strong client acquisition and business development skills
✔ Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
✔ Ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
✔ Experience in financial services, insurance distribution, or brokerage firms preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow Life & Health Insurance business
- Lead and motivate the insurance sales team
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers
- Handle client meetings, follow-ups, and policy-related queries
- Ensure compliance, documentation, and partner relationship management
