The Account Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining financial records, compliance, and reporting for the skill devlopment project at the Head Office level. This role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, government project guidelines, and the ability to ensure accuracy and transparency in financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records for the project at HO.
- Handle project-related financial transactions including vouchers, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with Project financial guidelines, government regulations, and audit requirements.
- Assist in fund utilization reporting and reconciliation with project budgets.
- Coordinate with project teams, training centers, and auditors for financial documentation.
- Monitor cash flow, bank transactions, and maintain ledgers.
- Support in preparation of utilization certificates, claims, and fund requests.
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents for audit and inspection purposes.
- Provide timely updates to management on project financial status.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
