Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other prospecting channels.
- Identify and qualify prospective customers across Cloud, IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Managed Services.
- Engage with decision-makers to understand their business challenges and technology requirements.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate sales opportunities for the Business Development team.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent prospecting and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate customer information and activity records in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless customer engagement.
- Develop long-term relationships with prospective clients through regular communication.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
- Desired Candidate Profile
- 2–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Exposure to the IT, Cloud, Networking, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, or Technology industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to build a career in enterprise technology sales.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to generate leads, follow up, and achieve sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and teamwork skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
