Role Purpose
The role will lead the acquisition and onboarding of hotel owners as licensee partners under the company’s hospitality brand. The position will be responsible for developing the expansion strategy, closing high-value partnerships, and ensuring the successful launch of licensed hotel properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the hotel licensee acquisition and expansion strategy.
- Identify suitable hotel owners, independent properties, resorts, and hospitality groups.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of licensee partnership opportunities.
- Engage with hotel owners, investors, developers, brokers, and industry consultants.
- Evaluate properties based on location, market potential, infrastructure, room inventory, investment requirements, and expected returns.
- Prepare financial feasibility studies, business proposals, and commercial structures.
- Lead negotiations on licence fees, revenue sharing, contract tenure, brand standards, and other commercial terms.
- Coordinate property due diligence and Hotel Licensee Agreement execution.
- Work closely with Legal, Finance, Operations, Design, Marketing, Revenue Management, and Training teams.
- Oversee the complete onboarding process, from initial discussions to hotel launch.
- Ensure each property meets the company’s brand, infrastructure, compliance, and service standards.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hotel owners and licensee partners.
- Resolve commercial, operational, and relationship-related escalations.
- Monitor the performance of onboarded properties and support improvement initiatives.
- Lead and mentor the hotel acquisition and onboarding team.

Candidate Profile
Graduate or postgraduate in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
8–12 years of relevant experience, including leadership responsibility.
Strong network of hotel owners, investors, developers, brokers, and hospitality consultants.
Proven experience in closing high-value hotel management, licensing, leasing, or franchise agreements.
Strong commercial understanding of hotel operations, feasibility, P&L, revenue management, and return on investment.
Excellent negotiation, stakeholder-management, and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for property visits and partner meetings.
Preferred:
Senior professionals from hotel chains, hospitality brands, hotel aggregators, franchise networks, or hotel consulting companies.
Pay: Up to ₹1,800,000.00 per year
