We are looking for a friendly, confident, and organized Studio Coordinator to be the face of our studio and ensure every client enjoys a premium experience from inquiry to appointment completion.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome clients warmly and create a professional first impression.
Handle walk-in customers, phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and social media leads.
Follow up with prospective clients and convert inquiries into appointments.
Coordinate artist schedules and manage appointment bookings.
Explain services, pricing, and aftercare guidelines to clients.
Maintain customer records and update CRM/appointment registers.
Ensure smooth day-to-day studio operations and front desk management.
Assist with billing, payment collection, and invoice generation.
Follow up with existing customers for reviews, repeat appointments, and referrals.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
