- Handle inbound reservation inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
- Process and confirm bookings accurately within the reservation system
- Assist customers with reservation modifications, cancellations, and special requests
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure availability and resolve issues
- Provide detailed information on services, pricing, and booking policies
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Monitor reservation systems for accuracy and troubleshoot as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist with reporting and analysis of reservation data
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or reservations role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in reservation software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
