RiverBells is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Executive with strong telecalling, customer-handling and sales-conversion skills.
### Eligibility
* Minimum 2+ year of experience in Telecalling, tele sales or inside sales is mandatory.
* Excellent communication and customer-convincing skills.
* Ability to handle customer enquiries and conduct systematic follow-ups.
* Target-oriented approach with strong sales-closing ability.
* Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, CRM (Zoho), Excel or Google Sheets.
* Experience in tourism, travel or hospitality sales will be an added advantage.
Language Requirements
* Malayalam and English are mandatory.
* Knowledge of Hindi and Tamil is preferred.
* Multilingual candidates will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle incoming and outgoing sales calls.
* Understand customer requirements and explain suitable packages.
* Follow up with potential customers through telephone and WhatsApp.
* Convert qualified enquiries into confirmed bookings.
* Achieve the assigned monthly sales and booking targets.
* Maintain accurate customer and follow-up records.
* Coordinate with internal teams for booking confirmation and service delivery.
