Job Summary
The Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, products, and services required by the organization. The role involves maintaining supplier relationships, ensuring timely procurement, managing purchase orders, and optimizing costs while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate favorable terms.
- Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to determine purchasing needs.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, invoices, and supplier agreements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Track and resolve issues related to delayed deliveries, quality concerns, or supplier performance.
- Coordinate with finance and accounts departments for invoice verification and payment processing.
- Conduct market research to identify new products, suppliers, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Prepare procurement reports and maintain purchasing documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and inventory control.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
