We are looking for a highly driven and entrepreneurial Founding Senior Business Development Manager to build and scale our US business from the ground up. This is not a traditional BDM role—this is a revenue leadership opportunity where you will own outbound sales, close US clients, and build a future sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage the outbound sales engine targeting US businesses
- Run cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and prospecting campaigns
- Identify, qualify, and engage potential US clients
- Conduct discovery meetings and sales presentations with US founders and decision-makers
- Close high-value retainer deals ranging from $1K–$10K MRR
- Manage CRM platforms and sales pipelines effectively
- Develop sales playbooks, outreach strategies, and standard operating procedures
- Build and lead a team of SDRs/BDRs as the business scales
- Collaborate with leadership to drive revenue growth and market expansion
Required Skills
- 4–7 years of experience in B2B Sales, International Sales, or Business Development
- Proven experience selling services to US-based clients
- Strong deal-closing and revenue-generation track record
- Hands-on experience with Apollo, Smartlead, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience managing sales pipelines and outbound campaigns
- Ability to work with US time zones when required
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Outsourcing, BPO, Staffing, Recruitment, IT Services, or SaaS Sales
- Existing US client network is an added advantage
- Experience closing recurring retainer-based service contracts
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building processes and teams
- Candidates based in Guwahati or willing to relocate
