Patient Care Executive

About the Role
Avron Hospital is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Executive to ensure exceptional patient experience and coordinate support services across the hospital. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between patients, attendants, clinical teams, and support staff while overseeing Housekeeping (HK) and Patient Care Attendant (PCA) operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients and attendants during admission, stay, and discharge processes.
- Address patient concerns, queries, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct patient rounds and collect feedback to improve patient satisfaction.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments to ensure smooth patient care services.
- Supervise and monitor Housekeeping (HK) and Patient Care Attendant (PCA) staff to ensure quality service delivery.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and patient support services across assigned areas.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control practices, and NABH standards.
- Maintain records and reports related to patient feedback, complaints, and support staff performance.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in hospital operations, patient relations, customer service, or ward administration.
- Experience in managing Housekeeping and Patient Care Attendant staff is preferred.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
