Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons and activities.
- Teach basic concepts through play-based and interactive learning.
- Encourage children’s creativity, communication, and social skills.
- Provide individual attention and support when required.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and disciplined classroom.
- Monitor and record children’s learning and overall development.
- Prepare worksheets, teaching aids, and classroom materials.
- Communicate children’s progress with parents.
Education: Graduate with NTT/MTT/D.Ed./B.Ed. or relevant qualification preferred.
Skills: Patience, creativity, communication, classroom management, and a child-friendly approach.
Experience: 1–2 years preferred; freshers can also apply.
