About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Procurement & Vendor Manager to oversee the organization’s procurement activities and vendor management processes. The role involves managing supplier relationships, optimizing procurement costs, ensuring timely sourcing of goods and services, and maintaining compliance with internal policies and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, vendor evaluation, negotiation, and purchase order management.
- Develop and maintain an Approved Vendor List (AVL).
- Conduct vendor evaluations and performance reviews.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements to optimize cost and quality.
- Monitor procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain procurement documentation and compliance with internal processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as IT, Operations, Finance, and Project teams for procurement requirements.
- Track procurement budgets and support cost optimization initiatives.
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve supplier-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and quality standards (ISO or internal governance frameworks).
Required Profile
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.
- Exposure to Electronics / PCB industry is desired
- Experience in vendor negotiations and contract management.
- Ability to manage multiple suppliers and procurement activities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and cost evaluation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
