Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Social Studies Teacher to inspire young minds in Grades 6–9. The ideal candidate will bring history, geography, civics, and culture to life through engaging and interactive teaching methods, fostering curiosity and critical thinking in students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in History, Geography, Civics, and related subjects
- Use innovative teaching strategies aligned with NEP and experiential learning
- Encourage critical thinking, discussion, and real-world connections
- Integrate technology and activity-based learning into the classroom
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Social Studies, History, Geography, or related field
- B.Ed. (preferred)
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Passion for teaching and student development
- Prior teaching experience (Grades 6–9 preferred)
