Infra Real Estate Manager
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Infra Real Estate Manager to identify, evaluate, and negotiate rental properties for business operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate, excellent negotiation skills, and the willingness to travel extensively to identify suitable commercial properties across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify suitable warehouses and commercial properties.
- Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and agreements.
- Coordinate with landlords, legal, finance, and operations teams.
- Manage lease renewals, documentation, and compliance.
- Monitor rental costs, budgets, and prepare MIS reports.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 5-10 years of experience in warehouse leasing/commercial real estate.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Good knowledge of lease agreements and documentation.
- Proficient in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Willing to travel.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
