We’re looking for a creative UI/UX Designer with 2+ years of experience to build intuitive, visually engaging, and user-focused digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio, excellent communication and client management skills, and expertise in modern design workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design user experiences for web and mobile applications
* Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity UI, and clickable prototypes in Figma
* Collaborate directly with clients to understand requirements, present ideas, gather feedback, and manage communication effectively
* Lead UI/UX discussions, user journeys, and design strategy
* Build and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides
* Work closely with developers and cross-functional teams for smooth execution
* Design print and digital creatives for branding and marketing
* Conduct usability testing and refine designs based on feedback
Requirements:
* 2+ years of UI/UX design experience
- Strong expertise in Figma (Mandatory) — Auto Layout, Variants, Interactive Components, Smart Animate, Variables, and Prototyping
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong client handling/management abilities
* Ability to confidently present ideas, understand client requirements, and maintain stakeholder relationships
* Experience with micro-interactions, animations, and modern UI trends
* Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and design systems
* Experience in UI/UX along with Print & Digital Graphics Designing
* Familiarity with developer handoff and collaboration tools
* Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (preferred)
* Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and creativity
Bonus: Experience with FigJam, motion design, AI-assisted workflows, or SaaS/e-commerce products.
Pay: ₹11,264.65 - ₹48,810.74 per month
