Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Legal with 2–3 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have strong drafting skills, a basic understanding of court procedures, and the ability to handle day-to-day legal matters effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and vet legal documents including agreements, contracts, notices, and policies

Assist in managing litigation matters and coordinate with external counsels

Support in handling court-related work and maintaining case records

Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements

Provide legal support to internal stakeholders across departments

Conduct basic legal research and prepare briefs/opinions as required

Assist in dispute resolution and risk mitigation strategies

Maintain proper documentation and legal records
