Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Inside Sales Representative. The role involves engaging with potential and existing clients, focusing on lead generation, customer satisfaction, customer service, and account management. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This role also requires teamwork and collaboration to contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Effective Account Management and relationship-building abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive approach
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
- Prior experience in the marketing or media industry is a bonus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
