Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Skin Trainer to provide professional training in skincare, facial techniques, advanced skin treatments, and beauty therapies to students. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge along with good communication and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct theory and practical training sessions for skincare and beauty courses
- Train students in facials, clean-ups, skin analysis, advanced skincare treatments, and salon hygiene
- Demonstrate latest skincare techniques and industry trends
- Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback
- Maintain classroom discipline and practical lab standards
- Support students during assessments, workshops, and events
- Ensure timely completion of syllabus and practical assignments
- Maintain attendance and student progress records
- Assist in placement activities and student grooming
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of skincare and beauty treatments
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Practical expertise in facial therapies and advanced skin treatments
- Ability to handle students and conduct engaging training sessions
- Positive attitude and professional behavior
Qualification:
- Certification/Diploma in Cosmetology or Skin
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in skincare training or salon industry
Preferred:
- Experience in teaching/training environment
- Knowledge of advanced aesthetic treatments will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
