We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the capability to manage staff while ensuring smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Manage staff schedules and daily attendance.
- Maintain inventory and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment.
- Oversee cash handling, billing, and daily sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and company policies.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and quality food service.
- Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and restaurant performance.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant, hotel, or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shift schedules.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
