We are seeking exceptionally bright and ambitious graduates who possess outstanding communication skills, strong academic credentials, and the ability to learn quickly.
This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who want to work directly with leadership, understand how infrastructure projects operate, and contribute to the growth of a high-impact technology platform.
Experience is not required. Intelligence, curiosity, professionalism, and excellent communication matter most.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customer onboarding and adoption initiatives.
- Communicate with project stakeholders, engineers, and project leadership.
- Conduct research on infrastructure projects and EPC organizations.
- Assist with outreach, customer engagement, and relationship management.
- Coordinate with internal product, design, and growth teams.
- Gather customer feedback and help improve user adoption.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and project documentation.
- Participate in strategic growth initiatives and special projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a highly reputed university or institution.
- Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to learn complex concepts quickly.
- Professional attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Engineering, Business, Economics, Technology, or related fields.
- Leadership roles, internships, academic achievements, or extracurricular accomplishments.
