Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise blending team and ensure production targets.
- Monitor process parameters and ensure quality standards.
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize blending process.
- Maintain records, report to management.
- Ensure safety and cleanliness in department.
*Key Skills & Requirements:*
- Diploma/BE in relevant field (Chemical/Mechanical/Production).
- 2–5 years of experience in blending or related roles.
- Leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of blending processes and safety norms.
