Role Objective : manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, compensation, compliance, performance management, and employee relations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:Functions Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding. Draft and issue offer letters, CTC structures, and employment-related documentation. Develop and implement HR policies in line with statutory and organizational requirements. Handle payroll inputs, compensation structuring, and salary revisions. Ensure compliance with labour laws, including PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements. Drive performance management processes, including KRA/KPI frameworks and appraisals. Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes. Coordinate with department heads to forecast manpower requirements. Oversee employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs. Maintain HR records, trackers, and MIS reports for management review. Manage vendor relationships for recruitment, training, and HR services. Stay updated with changes in labour regulations and compliance requirements.
