Job Title: Franchise Expert

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Franchise Expert to lead our franchise development and expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential franchise partners, managing relationships, and driving business growth through strategic franchise onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard potential franchise partners across target markets
- Develop and implement franchise expansion strategies
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Manage end-to-end franchise sales process (lead generation to closure)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees
- Ensure compliance with company standards and operational guidelines
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support
- Monitor franchise performance and suggest improvement strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in franchise development, business expansion, or sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and manage long-term business relationships
- Good understanding of franchise models and agreements
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
- MBA or relevant degree preferred
Experience:
2–6 years in franchise development / business development / sales
