Role Overview
We are hiring a Content Head who can lead and scale our complete content ecosystem across Instagram and YouTube Shorts.
This role is not just about posting content. You will:
- research trends before they peak
- plan daily content strategies
- write viral hooks and scripts
- train employees to create reels
- shoot and manage short-form content
- oversee editing quality
- grow multiple content pages simultaneously
This is one of the most important roles at Zepfly Studio.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Research & Trend Analysis
- Research trending content formats, hooks, audio, and ideas daily
- Monitor competitors and industry trends
- Generate high-performing reel ideas consistently
Content Planning & Execution
- Maintain weekly content calendars
- Ensure zero missed posting days
- Plan educational, trending, and behind-the-scenes content
Reels & Short-Form Content Management
- Shoot and direct Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
- Personally appear on camera confidently
- Guide employees during shoots and help improve delivery
Hook Writing & Scripting
- Write short, engaging, scroll-stopping hooks
- Create scripts for multiple content categories
- Test different content angles and formats
Team Content Management
- Train employees to create niche-based content
- Review reel quality before posting
- Coordinate with editors for fast turnaround
Analytics & Growth
- Track page performance weekly
- Improve engagement, reach, and followers consistently
- Share performance reports and content insights

Who Should Apply?
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience growing Instagram or YouTube pages organically
- Understands what performs on Reels and Shorts
- Is highly creative and execution-focused
- Is comfortable appearing on camera regularly
- Can manage multiple content pages and deadlines
- Has strong communication skills in Hindi and English
- Can lead and motivate a creative team
Candidates with personal creator experience will be strongly preferred.
Preferred Experience: Minimum 2 years in

Experience managing business or personal brand pages is a big plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
