- Team Leadership: Supervise mechanics, technicians, and service advisors, ensuring staff adhere to OEM standards.
- Customer Relations: Handle customer complaints, explain repair estimates, and ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct final inspections on serviced or repaired vehicles to minimize repeat complaints and ensure safety.
- Inventory & Cost Control: Monitor spare parts, consumables, and workshop tools to reduce wastage and operational costs.
- Insurance & Warranty: Coordinate with insurance surveyors for accidental repairs and manage warranty claims
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per day
