Job Summary:
Delhivery Limited is hiring dedicated and responsible Bikers / Pickup Associates for our Pickup Center in Coimbatore. The candidate will be responsible for collecting return products from customers of leading e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Meesho, and other clients, and safely returning them to the assigned hub.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick up return parcels from customers as assigned.
- Handle returns for platforms like Amazon, Meesho, and other e-commerce clients.
- Ensure safe handling and proper documentation of products.
- Return collected parcels to the designated hub within timelines.
- Maintain daily pickup records and follow company protocols.
- Provide professional and courteous service to customers.
Requirements:
- Must own a two-wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with valid RC.
- Valid Driving License (DL).
- Smartphone with internet access (Android preferred).
- Basic knowledge of Google Maps.
- Good communication skills.
- Responsible and punctual.
Salary & Benefits:
- ₹24,000 Take-Home Salary
