About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and customer-focused Patient Onboarding Specialist
(Tamil & Telugu) to support cancer patients and their caregivers during their care journey. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience while guiding patients through the OncoBuddy platform and available support services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Onboard new cancer patients via intro calls and verify basic demographic details.
2. Educate patients/caregivers on the OncoBuddy app and help them schedule sessions
through the app.
3. Collect Google reviews from patients post-interaction.
4. Schedule Diet, Onco-Psychology, and Genetic Counseling sessions for
patients/caregivers.
What We’re Looking For
- Any Science Graduate
- Fluency in English, Hindi, Telugu and Tamil (Mandatory)
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable interacting with patients and caregivers over calls
- Willingness to work from the Bangalore office (Work from office)
- Immediate availability preferred

- Strong coordination and scheduling abilities
- Basic proficiency in mobile applications and digital platforms
- Ability to maintain accurate records and follow up with patients
- Good organizational and time-management skills
